Terms of Service

For those who acknowledge and agree to abide by the policy and terms of service jaideehosting.com com under the management team of Chaiyo Hosting Company Limited. User acknowledges the terms of service and agreement to abide by regulations issued by jaideehosting.com as follow:

1. We won’t offer hosting service to the websites indicated below:
   • * Websites which assault, deteriorate, or damage Royal institution and all religions, even disorder or spoil one’s reputation intentionally including illegal websites.
   • * Websites which display any pornography contents including photos, pictures and all pornography objects.
   • * Gambling Websites
   • * Websites which offer bittorent, tracker, online streaming, pirate software, crack, hack, warez, virus, mail bombs, hack attacks, spamming, port scanning or port probing, download, MP3 , Software , VDO & Voice Clips , Music Online (no matter it is legal or not)
   • * Websites which send mass email including Commercial Mass E-mailing
   • * Websites which send spam email by sending to undelivered emails or send to non-specific addresses such as: abc@hotmail.com, john@hotmail.com, ant@hotmail.com or other general addresses.
   • * Websites which send chain emails or messages in order to receive huge feedback and repeat sending the same content to user.
   • * Websites which use program or system to send email.
   • * Websites which send lot of undelivered emails. Lot of undelivered emails can cause unpleasant effect to server. We recommend you to verify email (spell correct? or test by free email before sending by our email hosting. We also don’t allow websites that are attacked by their users, for example, spamming by web board.
   • * Websites which send rude or unpleasant email to user.
   • * Websites which expand virus, illegal and unmoral information.
   • * Websites which contain script or any program causes unpleasant effect to server. If we found, we will suspend temporarily until receive good feedback from you. If we found it twice, we will immediately terminate your website and we will not take for any responsibility that may occur later.
   • * Websites which provide Free Hosting, Free Webboard, Free Image Hosting, Free File Hosting, Free Email or provide them with some charge service.
   • * Websites which violate owner’s trademark, copyright, intellectual property, etc.
   • * Websites which contain unreal, rude, addictive drug or any illegal information.
   • * Websites which lead any notoriety to us.
   • * Websites which provide our resource to the public, for example, E-mail, Database, Web Space.
   • * Websites which violate Act of Computer Law Year 2007.
   • * Other unsuitable websites are in our consideration. We have the right to cancel the service or disable website without notification and without refund if you violate the policy. The judgment depends on our consideration.
2. The purchase information must be correct. If it’s incorrect, we won’t activate the service for you.
3. The domain name that is already registered can not be changed. If you would like to change domain name,you have pay for it.
4. We will activate the service within 24 hours in the office hours after we receive the slip of your payment. Your slip has to be clear and legible including with your purchase number and domain name. If it’s not clear or you don’t contact us within 1 month, your payment has to be cancelled.
5. If you don’t violate our policy, we can refund for you if you claim hosting service (not including domain name) within 30 days starting from the date you use the service. The Condition
   • The condition of refund.
   • 5.1 You must send email to us that you want cancel hosting service within 30 days starting from the date you use the service.
   • 5.2 You must identify the reasons why you want the refund.
   • 5.3 We have to deduct some fee whether or not you already use the service.
   • • * If you pay by credit card, we have to deduct for fee.
     • * If you pay by bank, we have to deduct for fee required by bank.
     • * Domain Name Fee(deduct from Hosting fee), In case that client use hosting package free domain, domain will be 100% right of Chaiyo Hosting.
     • * Total amount of service fee is 321 Baht(including VAT) (deduct service fee) In case client prefer to return money for the hosting, we, Chaiyo Hosting, will deduct the service fee as the amount shown above.
   • 5.4 If you want the refund, we have to disable your website immediately.
   • 5.5 We will make the refund for you within 1 month after the account process.
6. We have the notification if the service will be expired in 30 days and 15 days before the expiry date. If we don’t receive the slip of your payment, your website will be disabled. After 30 days of the expiry date, your data will be lost and we won’t be able to back up or restore your data.
7. If you choose the hosting plan with free/ transferred/renewed domain name package but you don’t give us the domain name within 1 month, you won’t be able to get the free/ transferred/ renewed domain name. Therefore, you must give us the name within 1 month.
8. We are not responsible for any damages whether or not it comes from the users or us.
9. If other ISP service providers or any person notify us about problem that caused by your website or your email, we have to terminate the service temporary until we found the solution.
10. We have to terminate the service, if we found that you used the fraudulent credit card or stole credit card from the real owner.
11. We have to reveal your personal information and all that is related to your website and email if we are asked from the police or any authorized organization.
12. We don’t allow you to copy any items of our website otherwise we will report to the police.
13. Email that we contact you is email that you registered at website. If you want to change email, you have to use your registered email send to us and identify that you want to change from your current email to another email. If you can not use the registered email, we may ask for additional document like business license or Por Por 20
14. We install free open source to you two times of allowed domain per a host, for example, if you use hosting with 2 allowed domains, we can install 4 programs for you.
15. If you would like to change any information that results in any resetting up, for example, resetting a new domain name, changing the OS, there will be some charges. If you enlarge hosting plan for 1 year, there won’t be the charge.
16. We don’t give the Software/Script service or advise you how to do or design website because we are only hosting and domain name registration service provider. We may give you some URL to educate yourself.
17. If your files, for example, Website Files , Email Files , Database Files are affected by virus will be deleted automatically without notification.
18. We will disable your website temporary if your hosting exceeds space or data transfer quota, you will receive the notification within 7 days before your hosting will be disabled. After you receive the notification, please contact sales urgently to increase quota.
19. If you want to cancel the service or minimize the hosting plan before the contract, we can not give you any refund.
20. We can change the user agreement/ the terms of service/ privacy policy anytime without notification.
